ApartFix exists to fix a well-known problem in the Portuguese renovation market: budgets that creep up without warning, contractors who vanish after taking a deposit, and a new crew turning up every week with nobody in charge.
We operate under Regular & Integral, Lda (NIF 515 988 561), the same group behind VentoFix, JanelaFix and EsgotoFix, each specialising in a different side of home construction and maintenance in Portugal.
We cover Greater Lisbon (including Cascais and Sintra), the whole Setúbal district and the Oeste region, with a fixed price in writing, payment in verified stages and a 5-year legal guarantee on every project.

Yes. The four brands are operated by the same legal entity, Regular & Integral, Lda (NIF 515 988 561), each specialising in a different area of home construction and maintenance (HVAC, windows and frames, drainage, and apartment renovation respectively).
We work with specialised partner teams by trade, the same ones for more than 5 years, not one-off subcontractors chosen on price. Every project is supervised directly by us, through a single project manager.
We would rather hand you facts you can verify yourself: NIF, address, commercial registration, completed projects, than marketing photos. If you want to meet the person who will manage your project, that happens at the first site visit.
You can verify the NIF on the Portal das Finanças (the Portuguese tax authority portal) and the address and commercial registration on the Registo Nacional de Pessoas Coletivas (the national company registry) website. We recommend you do this before accepting any quote, ours or anyone else’s.
The Portuguese legal guarantee for building work on property is 5 years (Código Civil, Art. 1225º, the Portuguese Civil Code). We apply it to every project, with no small print in the contract.
