How we work, step by step

The quote is fixed and delivered in writing before we start, covering every stage of the work. Changes only happen if you request something outside the agreed scope, and always with prior written agreement.
Each project stage (for example demolition, infrastructure, finishes) is confirmed with a checklist you sign before the corresponding payment. The contractor does not certify their own work.
Yes. When the work affects the facade, shared pipework or the structure, we help you prepare the request to the condominium assembly, and we work within the permitted hours.
We send video reports by WhatsApp at every stage, with a single point of contact. We can also help arrange a procuração (power of attorney) if you need someone authorised to represent you in person.
The Portuguese legal guarantee for building work on property is 5 years (Código Civil, Art. 1225º, the Portuguese Civil Code). It is your right, and our contracts spell it out with no small print.
